Hi I have a 2014 C200 with a Panorama sunroof fitted. Whilst trying to close the other day at 100KPH the roof would not close. In the normal operating process the sunroof remains in a locked horizontal position. When I open the sunroof now the guides under the glass slide along the top of the back roof glass like its become loose. To close I have to pull it down from the inside so its level again and release just before it touches the wind guard. HELP.
