Hello!
I just bought an 2013 E550 from Mercedes Miami.
Six weeks ago and the car was full of issues, bad differential bad engine mounts bad wheel bearing bad wheel hubs bent wheels leaking exhaust bad strut bushings bad struts...etc this is an Mercedes Miami owned by autonation. they claim they do 125 inspections on their cars and blah blah blah. I have everything documented and I will be more than happy to share it with you all. I finally went into the dealership today to find a solution and of course they raped me again.
I traded in at a loss of 2000~ for a car I purchased 6 weeks ago and they wouldnt fix or refund.
I had no choice, unfortunately I signed an arbitration contract which left me open to take the hit. There is no lemon law in florida either.
Well now I have a CPO 2014CLS550 and I am happy with it, so far. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience, this is the first time I went trhough something like this when purchasing a car.
I thought Mercedes would have higher customer service but they are thieves just like everyone else.
Anyways yay me! I have a mercedes...this whole thing ruined the experience. By the way, the cpo came with only one key and no manual. I will drop by tomorrow to check on that.
I should have known better,

Go on google ,Yelp and any other site and give the dealer the rating he deserves and maybe someone else will not get ripped off. Continue the assault for at least a year.
