My Mercedes Dealer, finally replied about paint issue. The paint will not be repaired under warranty. They offered us $500 toward future services. They said the car was out of warranty, even though the warranty is not up till next year or 100,000 mile. I started this process in January of 2018. They suggest contacing Mercedes Care.
What's your thoughts?
