bypass ABC system in 2005 SL500?
Hello all. Is it possible to disable ABC electronics and isolate, fill, and pressurize each wheel separately with an external pump to avoid future total system faults? I see many threads on ABC failures. Just got my car and want to avoid any of this. I have seen springs and shocks added to each wheel, but this is expensive and takes many hours labor. Why not use some of existing lines right at the wheel? It won't be self adjusting but is the ABC really needed if there are so many problems with it? Any ideas? Seems this should not be hard to do. Am I an idiot? I love my new 230 and want it to not become a moneypit. Thanks.

Thanks. Had indy install strutmaster conversion. rear sits a litte high but I can live with it peacefully. No more ABC worries. They even fixed the dash grey light code. no need to clear code every time I start the engine.
