What year E350? The BT in the car is only for phone calls and not audio. You can check and see if you have an AUX input in your glove box. On the W211 cars you can only have the Ipod or AUX input hooked up to the stereo, not both. If AUX doesn't work you'll have to pull the stereo and swap the Ipod and AUX connectors.

it's 2010 plate mate and w207 when I've looked on YouTube other car a the same age have it on and it's got all the added extras so would think the audio Bluetooth would be there
