Difference between 2005 E350 and CLS350

Difference between 2005 E350 and CLS350
I have a 2005 E350 which I absolutely love and has performed flawlessly but prefer the styling of the CLS of the same era.
I am interested to know if anyone has driven both and could comment on how they compare in terms of handling , stereo ( I have Harman Kardon which is incredible...not sure how Bose compares) or any comments at all would be appreciated. It seems crazy trading in my proven-to-be-great vehicle for another just on looks, but I am very tempted.
