Problems with my 2017 sl550
How to I get to someone at MB that can help me with some problems with my SL. The man that contacted me from mercedes gave me answers that I know are not true and told me I had no place to go as he was the final say. I don't really want to mention the problems now as I would like to have someone contact me that is willing to sit down and discuss this with me. Thanks for any help you can offer. Happy New Year.

Call a dealer in another city than the one you live.
Call Mercedes customer assistance: 1-800-367-6372, ask for another agent or representative. Ask to speak to that agent's manager.

Thanks for the reply. I think my problem is with Mercedes and no one wants to get involved. My dealer doesn't even call now. I will take your advice and try to get to someone above the person I spoke with.
