2010 E350 No Audio
I took my E350 to the dealership because I lost audio to my radio, Navigation, and Bluetooth. Took to dealership because I had a extended warranty to have it repaired. The said it was not covered because there was water under my passenger side carpet and some connector had rusted???????? Wanted me to pay $1600 to repair it. Are they serious. Probably could rewire the whole car for that. First of all I've never seen any standing water in my car and what type of connector would be under the carpet and how could the water stay on it long enough to rust it without me noticing it?. Has anyone ever heard of this? More importantly does anyone have any idea if this is something I can repair myself. Please Help!!!!!!
