2006 CLK 350 Cab

Hi to ALL

Just a car enthusiast taking advantage of your wisdom and experience for my own personal gain. I came upon a deal on a gently owned 2006 CLK 350 (W209 / M272) and have enjoyed the ride but now I'm patiently dealing with the gremlins that these cars have. Last weekend I replaced the tumble flap parts, now I have a mystery cruise control indicator blinking at me when it is engaged, and will be dealing with gas smell when tank is filled issue. Anyone with budget friendly advice please leave me a note. I fixed the tumble flap and cleared the code for $36 and 6 hours of my time . . . so I am not afraid to get dirty.

I've posted some pics of my cars in my profile and I have an entry in the: Cruise control lights flashing. Why? Can't find answer.
