Previously I had been driving my older brother's 2007 CLK 350. While it still runs great with no issues, I needed something new and wanted have my own car. I pondered for months on what to purchase. I purchased a 2019 C43 AMG coupe early September. I purchased my car at 57k usd because it was sold to me as a CPO since it was the dealership's ex-loaner car and only had 1700 miles on it. The exhaust is utterly sublime and the power is out of this world. I got the included cilajet installed and have had my windows tinted with rayno carbon-ceramic tint (although, I wonder if paying 300 more for huper optik would have been worth it).
Since then I've already placed around 1500 miles on it and i've had all sorts of fun in this car.
I've taken the car down a mountain road with the gps saying it would take me 41 minutes. It only took me around 15 minutes!
Just the other day I picked up my sister from the airport and was on my way home when I spotted a Dodge Charger. I initially thought it was CHP and slowly approached it coming from the carpool lane before confirming it was just some guy cruising on the left lane. I guess he thought I wanted to race so he floors it and I thought, eh why not? I bet he was just as surprised as I was when I flew right past him and kept going! About 2 minutes later he catches up flashes his lights revving aggressively next to me wanting to go again. I would have obliged, but my sister was not enjoying it as much as I was so I just let him drive off
