Cannot post a picture of my new Benz..GLE450 had one day....now have loaner!!!
Navigation did not work...said they will have to order new chip..from Germany! Is this a forshadowing of things to come? Somewhat disenchanted with..Mercedes Benz of West Houston..Sewell Dealership. Any suggestions?

No they are usually pretty reliable.... no nav issues on my last 4 Mercedes... 3 of them ml/gle....

The first year I had my MB the navigation did not work properly. In 2014 they went to a Garmen head unit that was and is a piece if garbage. After many service calls they finally replaced the head unit and the antennal on the roof. Since then I have had no problems with the navigation. You have to keep at it until they actually fix the problem. I think they put a 2013 head unit in mine since they worked fine in all the cars until they went to a cheap crap Garmin head unit. Garbage in Garbage out. You probably got one of the bad garmen units.
