Hello MB

I'm off to a rocky start to say the least, its a good thing I have automotive experience I turned wrenches back in the early days.
I was an active mechanic from the early 60 to the mid 80's when I had to change course then go into home health care to take care of a family member.
Having missed so much tech, I took the easy way out, I changed fields after a job offer in the quarry business, they wanted me for my basic mechanical skills.

I'm pretty sure I fried the K40 playing around with it, now when all the fuses are in it and the key is switched on, the blower go's into high gear.
What I find strange is everything except the radio works, top windows etc all work like a new car.
I may send the key fob to someone to check it out I really don't need to use the car I have 2 other cars to use while its down.
I bought it because I have always admired the style of the body, I tend to fall in love with sports cars I had a million of them since I started driving.
I bought a service manual perhaps by reading it I can get my mind around the problem..
Sorry I don't have any pics right now, I am a little busy with the car, and a bit steamed I did this to myself.
I'm sure I will figure it out, I have repaired my share of cars that didn't run, it just takes me longer now that I am older.
Thanks again everyone for the warm welcome.
