Hello All, I'm Rob. I just purchased my first ever Mercedes. It is a 2010 ML350 4MATIC. It looks great on the outside and the interior looks new. It runs smoothly at idle, and also all the way up to and around 100 mph. It has 110,000 miles and I purchased it for $10,300. I have had many vehicles and have typically done the majority of my own maintenance, I guess we will see how this one goes. The only deficiency I am aware of is the P0019 code occasionally illuminating the Check Engine light. It does not stay illuminated, it may or may not come on with no discernible pattern as of yet. It does not affect how it runs that I can detect. I have read up a little on the code, P0019 – Crankshaft position/camshaft position, bank 2 sensor B -correlation. If it is in fact the camshaft position center I have already read up on how to replace it here in these forums and believe I could do so if necessary. I will give it a little time and see how things progress before doing anything. I know nothing about Mercedes automobiles and had to do a 48 hour crash course researching and reading everything I could before making the purchase. It was initially overpriced at $13,000 but the $10,300 settled upon seemed fair to me. I would appreciate any opinions on the amount I paid and any guidance on things I should probably already have looked at prior to buying. From what I have read this community seems to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to learning more about my (my wife's) new Mercedes and getting to know you all by participating in the forums. Nice to meet you all.
