XK8, X3, C300

Hi,
New member from across the pond. Also spend time in Hilton Head, SC every year.
Just purchased a 2016 C300 premium plus amg line convertible.
We have been long time BMW owners with a Jaguar XK8, garage queen for the summer. The wife is now dipping her toe into the MB world after 6 years with a BMW 330 Coupe, the Merc drop top is such a good looking car, she had to have it.
I have had a lot of great advice and assistance from car forums over the years with the BM’s and the Jag, I knew I had to join a MB forum or two. I am very capable with a spanner, and a laptop and do most my own work on cars. Although I believe the MB are not as user friendly electronics wise as the BMW.

Welcome! Please post a photo of the C300. You seem pretty capable, and a DAS/Xentry system makes things easier when working with electronics. Search for user pmercury and ask him about his offering for a system.
