Idler bolt replacement - fan in the way E430 year 2000

Idler bolt replacement - fan in the way E430 year 2000
Trying to replace idler pulley in year 2000 E430. The fan seems to be in the way of bolt removal. Can the bolt be removed without taking the fan out?
