hello fabulous humans from the land down under
I'm new here and have just bought my first w211. I owned a w210 in 2001/2 which I bought as a demonstrator model. I have learned a lot since then, obviously not enough, but had an opportunity to buy a w211 at a good price so took the plunge. I am planning to do most of the work on the car myself, but do need a few additional tools which I'll acquire as I need them.

Good fundamentals, being towed because of SBC issue, not as fortunate as the Continental USA, NO 25 Year warranty for us Aussies.

Just watched scannerdanner do some really cool investigative (electrical) work on an E500, well worth the time to watch. This should be useful for anyone not limited to E Class or chassis spec.
