2012 GL 550

Newbie here, hello from CT

Hi everyone,
I'm hopefully taking delivery this week of a 2012 GL550 with around 90k miles. Will be my first Benz. I've already been participating somewhat in the X164 forum, investigating upgrading the audio system to something current tech with CarPlay. Looking forward to many more years with this beauty of a vehicle!

I've been seeing posts mentioning "STAR/DAS" for running diagnostics and programming some aspects of the Mercedes-Benz computers. Where can I find more information about this? I am somewhat automotive-technically inclined, I had a laptop/USB setup for my now-deceased VW Touareg.
