ML320, proud owner, and still going strong..
Morning,
Got an ML320 back in 2019, and paid literally 300 bucks for it, the owner and dealership could not figure out why it would not run....It was the battery since I changed the shocks, rear struts, and MAP sensor....I change the oil every 3000 miles, and baby it a bit, and I LOVE IT.....the ride is a bit rough, but having a truck frame with Torsion bar suspension it is expected, but the ride is good. As for running, I know most Mercedes Benz owners do not like the ML, but it is a very good reliable car....Mine is turning 23 soon, it has 235,000 miles, and runs fantastic, the power is great, and I average about 19 miles a gallon, but when driving to Arizona I can and have averaged about 24 miles a gallon. She's been a California car for most of her life so there is no rust, and the paint job is holding up well. The only negative thing I will say about it is the key fob no longer works, and that is fine, using the key does not bug me. Its solid built, so far easy to work on, and makes me feel very safe driving it. I would recommend anyone who wants a fun SUV with 4-wheel drive it is great...I have no plans at getting rid of mine and hope to make it to 500,000 miles or more....
