2015 E350 4Matic
New Member, New to M-B Brand

My wife will be getting her parents' 2015 E350 4Matic next month as they have decided that they no longer need two cars. I have downloaded the owners manual for the car and have been reading up on the proper maintenance procedures (I maintain all of our cars). I had to upgrade my oil drain pan to an 8 quart pan since the one I've been using for years to maintain my Miatas, Hondas and Toyotas wasn't large enough. The car only has 13k miles on it and has previously been serviced only by the local M-B dealership. I've already picked up a couple of jugs of Pennzoil Platinum Euro Full Synthetic 0W-40 but I'll probably go to the dealership parts counter for my first OEM oil filter until I can find a reliable online source. Looking forward to wrenching on this beautiful machine.

Thanks for the warm welcome. The Benz will be my wife's car. I've always been drawn toward lightweight roadsters such as Healeys, Triumphs and Alfas and have owned Miatas for 20+ years. Here's my current Miata that I bought 7 years ago.

I also enjoy restoring vintage chainsaws such as this beauty I recently completed.
