New to me W211 E55 AMG. Glad to be here
Pulled the trigger just recently on a low miles, bone stock E55 AMG. Grew up when V8s were by far the norm, and hotrodding them was expected. Many years, and a few BMW’s later and I’ve got a proper, blown V8 ‘Bahn Stormer. Puts a grin on my face every time I drive it. Looking forward to many more miles of smiles….. Thanks for having me!

Start posting and reading in the W211 AMG sub-forum. Advanced search upper right is your friend. First thing to check and update is the fuel pump relay hidden in the trunk. Weakest point, IMO, on the entire car. Welcome to the party!

Thanks to all for the warm welcome! 😎 Looking forward to connecting with all you enthusiasts. Car spent its entire life on east coast between North Carolina and Boston until last month when it came out west. 64,800 miles, no damage history, xlnt maintenance history, and everything works! It’s been driven and enjoyed, so got a few blemishes, but so do I… Have some projects needing attention - cosmetic primarily - which will reach out for in proper forum. Cheers!
