Hi everyone. I am a new owner but a long time Mercedes owner. I own a 1979 450SEL and have owned three 1972 450SELs in the past. I currently drive a 2023 Maybach 580 sedan.

Thank you for the warm welcome. The 79 6.9 needs a full restoration, but it’s one of my favorite cars. I have owned it for 8 years, and I am waiting to save up enough $ to start the long restoration process.
