New member with E400 coupe from KY
Just want to say hello as the new owner of the 2017 E400 coupe 4MATIC, my first Benz. Premium 1 and 2 package, apple car play. Single owner, 28k miles. Serviced at Benz dealership. Super clean. The last year of 4th gen. Has everything I wanted.
I was in the market for a sedan (or even an SUV) but took a 10-minute drive in this thing and just loved how cozy it was. The car just envelops you in a satisfying embrace. Love the combination of no B pillars and a panoramic sunroof. It creates an airy and spacious sensation.
I know C207s are based on C class but I don't mind. I just love the car. Super quiet at high speeds, the engine rumbles great, sturdy, and fun, and everything has a tactile satisfying feel. Surprisingly comfortable, but the car I was coming from was a Mini Cooper S so a wheelbarrow is more comfortable in comparison.
One thing I really liked is the way Mercedes delivers power vs other luxury brands. Very progressive and smooth. It feels like an invisible hand is pushing the car from behind versus being pulled from the front with an invisible rope. As someone said, it is almost like a train linearly speeding up instead of being pushed into your seat. The only other brand I've experienced similar sensation was with 'some' Porsche models.

220volt,
Beautiful “E” … Almost shocking!
Just don’t let your gas gauge get there. I have 3 settings for Empty
When the gauge first gets to E
When the E light illuminates
The display when I get to the gas station.
Those settings are E, EE, and EEE, respectively.
Welcome to the forum.
Glad to have you.
Enjoy your world, MBWorld.
