2013 E350 Greetings From South Bend Indiana
Welcome to the forum.
Went to Saint Joseph’s High School crack in the day.
Saint Joe Indians…WOOH WOOH.
Apache right: Apache left!
Lived in Fort Wayne a few years as well.
I am part Hoosier as a result.

You didn't say where you are from and that may be a big factor.
I have a 2010 E 350 and love the car. Only has 48,000 miles on it, but is 15 years old. Since I plan to keep it a while longer I took it in for service today - NO problems, just routine maintenance. Cost will be $1,650 MINIMUM even with a discount coupon and deleting a few items. Advisor thought closer to $2,500.
M-B is very difficult to work on. Yeah, I know some of you disagree, but they are. Takes different tools from standard US types and also just plain complicated to do anything on them - and costly. I have done lots of DIY maintenance from brake changes, fluid changes, all filter changes, oil changes, etc. on many cars. Still do some, but not on the M-B, just too complicated.
You probably would be better off with a Japanese or Korean car with a good reputation for reliability and in a few years or so, maybe look at an M-B.
