Hello New to Mercedes Benz. My Name is Dave. I live on the western edge of ND. My wife and I are looking at slowing down work wise and traveling more, mainly to visit the kids and our grandchild. I have always own trucks and SUV's. After 2 trips to Seattle, and 2 trips to Boise in my 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro we decided we needed a more road friendly vehicle for future trips. I was not looking for a Mercedes, mainly because the closest Mercedes dealers are 300 miles east (Fargo ND), and 300 miles West (Billings MT). I was looking at the New Crown Signia that Toyota has put out this year, but was distracted by a 2023 Mercedes GLB 250 4Matic on the lot. I was asking my salesman (who I have known for years) What's with the Mercedes? He said it was a one owner from in state. the car was purchased in Fargo and only has 13,000 miles on it. So, one impressive test drive later and I was no longer a loyal Toyota owner. That was last week. Still learning a lot. But have been verry impressed with the build quality and drive of what is considered a lower end Mercedes.
Drove through North Dakota, Montana, in a Toyota Supra back in the day.
I was delivering it to New York to a guy who had traded in a mint 1967 Charger for it.
That, and Yellowstone with Kevin Costner is all I really know about that neck of the woods.
Beautiful country, but for sure wouldn’t want to live there in winter.
