Hello from central Illinois
I am new to the forum and thought I'd introduce myself before just rattling all of my issues. (which are actually few). I am a car enthusiast from central Illinois. I grew up in a body shop (family still has) and in 2020 started a hobby shop which will eventually be my retirement plan. (I will retire in roughly 10 years god willing) I have quite a bit of experience with cars in general. My brother in law is more of a mechanic (mainly domestic) and I am more of a body tech. (electrical, metal repair, paint, interior) That said, I have mostly done all of my own mechanical repairs. But this is my first Mercedes. (91 300TE) its my sons car. Some of my other projects are :1990 C4 Corvette - off to my fathers for paint, 1997 BMW M3 - my cousins race car, 2000 BMW 325 - soon to be my drift car, 1963 Ford Galaxie - my car I always say I'll get to. anyway I hope to give everyone help and receive help as well.
