I am new to MBWorld but have been an active member of several other MB forums.
What drew me to MBWorld was a search on replacing front speakers in one my W123 300TDs.
I have two 300TDs, one a U.S. spec 1983 that is in excellent condition, the other is a 1985 Euro spec that is need of a bit more work.
I have completed quite a bit of work on ‘85 but it still needs a bit more, primarily some body work, a respray and freshening the interior.
Almost of the mechanicals (except AC) have been refreshed or replaced including reinstalling the complete SLS. Mechanically, the car is back to factory specs,
It is just freshening the interior, some crumpled body panels, bumpers and a respray left to complete it.
