Hello all. Well, I converted from decades of Audi's to the Benz Family. So they are new to me and appreciate any insight on my 2020 AMG GLC 43. I enjoyed the Audi forums so hope for keen info from the community. I am in Halifax Nova Scotia but born in Connecticut. 55 years old.
I have never really had an ultra-performance car, the AMG fits that bill. I've had 3.0L but not with all the presets/options this car seems to come with. I pick it up on Tuesday and will explore all these settings (Sport+, etc ). It has 68k miles, I paid $30K. Very clean, Black on Black with all bells and whistles. Seemed low compared to others here but this had the highest mileage. I know this will cost $$$ to maintain and am prepared for that. I likely will sell in 3 years once I have this out of my system !

1. Will the mid-grade gas work or do I need to go all in for ultra-grade? I do ¾ highway driving, ¼ city driving.
2. Do I really need snow tires for highway driving (sometimes while actively snowing ...) with the 4Matic AMG system? I mean for safety I have no problem getting a set but just want to know more on this setup as I came from Quattro.
3. Emotion Start - I have been reading a lot on line but not tried in actual car. Is this a thing for my model and how do I do it?
