Served in the United States Army during the years 1988 - 1993 and had been stationed in Germany for three of those five years.
Mercedes-Benz had always been on my mind, though I didn't think too much of it. As the proverbial "red-blooded, fun-lovin' all-American boy" I had my eyes on Ford Mustang, and of course the Chevrolet Camaro & Corvette.
At my now age of 55 years old, it was about four years ago that my desire for the Mustang, Camaro and Corvette had diminished... mostly due to my lack of interest of being "flashy" in a general sense.
Purchased my very first Mercedes-Benz last month, BRAND NEW.... 2026 Mercedes-Benz AMG C43.
After almost three weeks of ownership, I still get excited to take it for a drive - unlike other new cars that I've owned that the 'honeymoon' wears off within a week.
