dunno my sister has the 3 series, although its lighter.. I still enjoy the comfort in my 5 100% more...

For sure you will find someone, and I have driven the 3, 5, and 6 and the 5 is the most comfortable, the 3 is the most fun, but the 6 is the best of both worlds.
The SL still blows all away though, BENZ pride
