http://buffalo.craigslist.org/cto/3427360502.html
Greetings, my name is Christian and...
Up for sale I have my 1996 BMW M3 Coupe.
I have owned this car since 2005.
Bright red exterior with Modena leather interior (rare combination)
99,700 Miles
MODEL E36 M3 coupe
MODEL CODE BG93
VIN WBSBG9328TEY72075
PRODUCTION DATE April 1996
EXTERIOR COLOR (PAINT CODE) Bright Red (314)
INTERIOR COLOR (UPHOLSTERY CODE) Modena Natur Nappa leather (N5AY)
FACTORY/OEM OPTIONS
BMW CD Changer, BMW Remote Locking With Alarm, Cruise Control, Harman/Kardon Audio System, M Rear Spoiler, On-Board Computer, Power Sunroof
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT + COMMENTS
K&N air filter (in stock housing), Borla Generation 1 (single-wall) cat-back performance exhaust, UUC Motorwerks short shift kit, UUC Motorwerks tranny mounts, UUC Motorwerks clutch pedal bushings , UUC Motorwerks clutch stop, Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs + Koni single-adjustable shocks, Eibach Pro-Kit sway bars, Ground Control rear shock mounts + Ground Control rear trailing arm bushing reinforcers, OEM X-brace, clear turn signal lenses (oem BMW)
Car has always been adult driven an owned. Never raced on street or track. Maintenance always performed on time, with proper quality synthetic fluids/ lubricants.
My M3 has never been involved in an accident of any kind and has a clean car fax to show this. Also it was originally a southern car, and has never been out in the winter, always garaged, only driven on nice summer days. (not a single speck of rust anywhere)
The good:
Car is in exceptional condition for being 16 years old. I have been to several BMW meets and seen other E36 M3's in the area, and I can arguably say this E36 was the cleanest both inside and out.
Has a very desirable color combination, must see it in person to appreciate it!
Tasteful mods that don't detract from the stock beauty of the M3
Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires installed about a year ago have less than 5,000 miles on them. ($1000+ set of tires)
Also include all the original US spec amber lights, and the stock BMW muffler/ exhaust
The bad:
I want to give full disclosure on the issues this M3 has:
Exterior has some minor rock chips and door dings that are in line with a car of this age/ mileage
Interior needs a little TLC (sagging head liner, door panels need to be re glued on drivers side)
Stereo Head Unit needs repair/ replacement (the LCD screen has some burnt out pixels, and the volume knob doesn't always work properly)
My reason for selling is I am recently married, and need to get a more family friendly 4 door sedan.
Please feel free to email or call me with any questions or comments, or if you would like to come out and see the car in person and go for a test drive!
The m3 is currently parked in my garage in East Amherst, and I am available most days/ evenings with some prior notice.
Price:
Current asking price is set at $9.5K, so shoot me an offer.
Cash only sale please
Thanks for reading, hope to hear from you soon!
