Reputable shop in seattle-bellevue area?

Hey guys,

Looks like mercedes garage in bellevue is closed until they find a bigger location (last time I went they had about 30 cars parked outside). I used to have a good friend who was a master tech at barrier but he moved out of state. Does anyone know of a good shop specializing or only working on mercedes?

Thanks.

I highly recommend this place:

They've got factory trained MB techs there, labor rates are much more fair than the dealer, and service is great.

I live in the Magnolia area with an E430 and am still looking for a consistently good shop. I actually still use the shop at the north end of the JBLM runway. The Mercedes club visited them about a year back and they have always treated me fairly but then there is the hassle of waiting on your car in a place with nothing to do. They are excellent at giving free but educated advise. The only other one I like is Hermann's on about 65th and Roosevelt. I tried the one right down the street from the old Exhaust Specialties in Ballard but wasn't pleased.....overfilled my crankcase, didn't fix my leaking oil pan and almost stripped the drain plug. There is another shop just down the street and across the street from Hermann's that I will try next on Roosevelt.
Give me a call if you want directions.

Thanks, that's what I thought. They must be really good for you to make the trip from Seattle. Lucky for me, they're close. I'll give them a call for some work, thanks.

Mercedes Shop Seattle area

I have found these guys to be OUTSTANDING Mercedes owners and mechanics.
http://www.rentonautorepair.net/

Owners Richard and Jesse are former Phil Smart guys. Jesse is one of the most intuitive Tech's that I have ever met + he has built an E55 with about 600 rwhp (Kleemann Stage 4) that he daily drives!. After Phil Smart, he was recruited to Ferrari of Seattle where he worked before opening his own shop with his old Phil Smart Alum Richard. When their no compete expires, they can maintain your Ferrari too!
They have a 6000 sf shop that is as neat as a pin and full of their state of the art collection of tools.
I can't say enough good things about these guys.
Feel free to PM if you want any more discussion to this regard.

Just in case people hadn't noticed, Adam has re-opened Mercedes Garage out of the Park Place Ltd. service department, conveniently just in time for the next "A" service on the AMG ...

Seattle Mercedes Shop (Renton)

Update
Richard and Jesse had to rename their shop from Eurosport Motorplex to Eurosport Park Ave as a local had a similar name and threw a hissy fit.
Here is their Yelp review: http://www.yelp.com/biz/eurosport-park-avenue-renton
Jesse will soon be installing my Eurocharged S/C Pulley!

I have absolute confidence in this shop!!!!

These guys at EurosportMotorPlex are the best, Jesse is a master mechanic and Ferrari certified technician. If you go there tell em Tom sent you and they'll treat you right!
