Get a pulley kit and relocate the maf sensor (check around for DYI instructions for MAF). Most people with the older 2.3K motors use the Vaeth kit for about $1,200 or the H&S. The Kleemann alloy pulley works well but it's pricey at about $1,700 although they may sell it to you without the maf relocation kit for $899 and relocate it yourself. As for power, nothing else comes close to a pulley for the money, about 20-30hp increase at the rear wheel. Also GIAC has a chip that works with the pulley for additional power. Other pulley kit companies include Dynospot, Wetteraur, Carlson, Brabus and Renntech. The Dynospot pulley is the only one that is totally different as it replaces the supercharger pulley clutch mechanism. It's also priced well with the GIAC chip for about $1,100.
