Question To Kleemann ....

I saw the DM of your E50k, 506 hp ,wow !
My question is
"Will the CLK500 share the same kits on E50K ? "
and it must be a beast compatible to a SL55.
My local agent sells Mercedes as well as Kleemann, "EVERYTHING"
mods by them --> All warranty is still covered.
I can't wait to have kleemann kits on my CLK500 and have a match with friends' SL55 , 996TT.
Thanks !

Certainly....

The new W209 and W211 vehicles are very similar- there is a KLEEMANN kompressor available for both of them. In fact, there is no normally aspirated vehicle in the current and coming production that there isnt a KLEEMANN kompressor for!

Performance will easily match that of any 55 with AMG kompressor.

Talking

Thanks !
I plan to upgrade Kleemann S/C as soon as my new CLK500
run-in. ~3000 km or so.
The gear box of V8 observed identical to 55 AMG compressor.
only differ in AMG speedshift. Am I right ?

There're few C32K running well so far in my MB club here
almost matched with C32AMG in 400m sprint, do impressive !
I wonder if a stock V6 gear box can bear such huge torque
and put their C32K in probation.
Swap the pulley & obtain 0.7 bar for those C32K guys
Would you comment if this is harmful ?
I'd let them know and convince them put the stock pulley back.

Thanks !

Yes, Speedshift is the only difference.

The V6 gearbox will handle the power and tq until the cows come home. As for the .7 bar, maybe a little on the high side but I dont think its a problem. Without being right there to see/hear/datalog its difficult to make an educated remark.

Thumbs up

Those C32K guys in our Mercedes club
outperform 0~100 km/h in 5.8" ,(Note : it's summer in tropic area
E46/M3 here is always flat 6", for your reference)
They also mounted a pressure gauge to monitor the bar after
change different size of pulley & co-work with Superchips
to fine tune the ECU, really enthrusiasts(nuts) !
272 km/hr record high on a SCed 3.2 V6, amazing !

For the gap of final ratio, my C32AMG overtook them by 280+ km/h..........HeHeHe
As to the CLK50K, They won't play with me anymore.

p.s
They're now taping heat-proof bondage ? Sorry for the term
on exhaust to further cooling temp. inside engine room.

Hello, Kleemann :
I'm back !

(1) Would you advice the optimal mileage from a new car
to install S/C and no harm to the engine ?
Thanks !
