Interchangable KLEEMANN SC?
Example, can an SC for a W220 S 500 be used and taken out to install into an R230 SL 500? Or any other V-8 MB engine?

Interchange
For the most part- there are different mounts, fittings, radiator, airbox etc. The major components will interchange- you might have to get a few extra bits to fit one chassis to another.
