Does anyone have pictures or diagrams of the complete intercooler assembly including the actual cooler under the supercharger? I wonder if there is any room for improvement for the components that sit between the charger and cylinder heads. I experienced a 50 RWHP variance from a cold dyno test to one with normal operating temperatures.

Someone posted a schematic a while back that showed all the components in an exploded view with routing and whatnot. I was looking for it the other day but couldn't find it. Anyone know where it went??

That's exactly what I'd like to see as well.

can anyone here advise on whether is it advisable to upgrade the intercooler to a bigger one (i.e. custom make as not readily available) or upgrade to a C32 intercooler if one's engine have been upgraded with Kleemann Pulley. Power boosted from 163bhp to 193bhp. its a c200k w203. which option is better?

I suppose you're talking about upgrading the 1.8L (M271) engine (?). This is not possible with intercooler parts from the 32K - thta latter has a water-air intercooling system, the former air-to-air. Upgraded interooler system for the M271 are avialable from e.g., the German firm www.Vaeth.com. However, don't expect huge hp gains. This is more to keep the engine cool in hot climates, or increase the safety margin if you want to further increase boost.
