i know this this is dead, any other places where i can get headers for a m111 engine? (that do not cost an arm and a leg).

most m111 engines have a 4 branch mild steel manifold/header.. just look for the allen bolts holding the heat shield on and take a look

i have a customed header (4-2-1 configuration installed in c230 M/T), made by local muffler-shop.
the header improves almost 10 HP from 5500 to cut-off RPM. while low to mid RPM, it adds 2-4 HP. Torque is almost improves about 10Nm.
