When will Kleeman SC's be covered by warranty?

When will Kleeman SC's be covered by warranty?
I read an article in C&D stating that Kleeman was working on covering the part of the drivetrain warranty that's voided when you add a supercharger. Has there been any progress on this issue? When will I be able to add a Kleeman supercharger to my CLK 500 without worrying about losing my warranty? Also, if I'm in Seattle, will I be required to bring the car to either Los Angeles or Colorado for an install?

Kleemann S/C installation is authority only, for example my car
need send to that dealer (headquarter here) for installation, 100 miles away from my local dealer,glad I'm living closer enough.
The warranty issue has been long discussed here.....
If it's profitable for MB, said, attractive profit, why not cover the warranty ? I'm talking about business, not the reliability/technical stuff.
I doubt the expect profit still not interests MB.
