I have an 87' 190E 2.3-16V and was curious to know if there were any performace uprgrades for it beside suspension. Are there any computer chips or exhast sytems?

I had a Ansa sports system on a 2.6 190 I owned a couple of years ago. It improved performance and seemed to run smoother although it was quite noisy at speed.

Not sure myself but you may want to check Brabus, Carlsson, Kleemann or Renntech. But the cost may not be worth it.

Aren't 190E's commonly tuned and used on the track now? I think there are a lot of engine mod's that can be done to it, but it all depends on what you're willing to spend and whether or not you'd rather put it towards something else.

I would be willing to put in a chip or exhast but I have never seen any around for my car that are actually made to fit anybody know websights or catologs?

I believe cams are availiable that can get you about 15hp.
