Discussion of pros and cons of HPS compressor
LOL
if you want to sell your product, the least you could was begin to explain to us the details of your system....."its good", "its fast", and "its cheap" really dont mean much to me or anyone else....people here like kleemann because we have had the S/C described IN DETAIL to us and ALL of our questions answered about the product, as well as proof of happy customers.....oh yeah, that and KLEEMANN doesnt suck......:p
I don't have a dog in this fight. I read for the first time tonight the entire thread. You totally evade direct questions and sidestep issues or ignore them. You may have a wonderful product. If you do, quit avoiding the issues and give direct answers. Your evasion is digging a hole that your product may not deserve, and from which it may not recover. You would serve your product well to face the issues. Nothing is perfect and minor bugs can be worked out. Give yourself and your product a chance!

If you do, quit avoiding the issues and give direct answers.
HPS: Good afternoon, HPS has signed a top of a line high performance shop in the Bay area. The ....get the picture.?
Mark I believe this will be HPS's answer....

I'm only voicing what has been said before, but you and your products credibility is ZERO right now.
The true test of a supplier is not how they perform when everything is rosy, but how they deal with problems. The biggest wrap your product could get right now would be for Timster to be able to tell us all about his experience and how professional and prompt you were in dealing with the issues.
That would be truly impressive and reassuring.
Good afternoon. Is there any reason that you ignore my questions. Normal business etiquette provides a response to an inquiry. I asked these questions days ago, and have yet to receive a response. Absent a response to the contrary, I along with the other questioners will continue to assume the worst. Word gets around and your continued avoidance of the issues is not exactly positive for your public relations. You may sign up 100 more shops in Ethiopia, Bangladesh and Belize, but you won't have any customers for them to install for. A response would be appreciated.

There is a differance being in high school and in business. Regarding Timister - give us time - and everything will be fine.
You'll be the first to read about it.
I want to read it! I'm dying to know how this turns out?
Good afternoon. I notice that you are on the forum answering other peoples accusations. When are you going to answer my direct non accusatory questions. Your childish bantering with these members leaves you looking even more immature. Favor me with a direct answer to the questions posed and stop evading the real issues.
"Screwed" that is what the majority of high school students think about. But in reality you get "screwed" by older people.
Companies like Kleemann, and others like guys like youself that talk too much and think they know it all. It makes it easier to take advantage and sell you something. and you don't have a clue what's happening. Next time someone tells you they only have one item on the shelf or someone is going to buy that product in a few hours. There really tryng to make you make a quick decision. Something as youth you don't realize.
In my extremely juvenile and incoherent state, as you so kindly pointed out for everyone, i would still consider myself disillusioned enough based solely on my experience with you not to ever purchase an HPS product. Do i talk too much? yes i do. Do i think i know it all? not all, but enough. this last point you make is a quite an enigmatic one, also quite presumtuous. i would assume that someone of such high intellect like yourself being able to tell me how stupid i am, would know that age has nothing to do with brain capacity. If you came to match wits with me, youre half prepared, you might want to check Ebay and see if you can pick up some more quick.
The other part about this that i find comical is that you can throw blind punches in the dark about my ignorance along with the ignorance of others, when you are dealing with a 19 year old college student that drives a Mercedes...i can assure you i came by the car without stealing it, the payments on it get made on time. Perhaps assumptions im sure you are quite proud of about my ability to understand how a business is run are not ones you should have made. My car didnt come from mowing grass.
When someone tells me theres only one left on the self, he keeps it.....its not that i didnt want it, i was just afraid that it might run lean, ignite and ruin my engine........ or that it just plain wouldnt work......or be angry because it doesnt come with other essential parts that are needed, like say batteries, or an intercooler perhaps.....

My friend, another word of advice, when your dealing in retail sales your going to deal with customers that lie and will go out of there way to tell you how bad your product is. So they can get a discount and not have to pay full price.
I'm messing with you.
I believe he just called Timster a liar. A retailing genius at his best!
I chose to ignore that posting. But now that you brought it up, I hope his statement wasn’t directed at me, that wouldn't be prudent at this juncture. Defamation of character goes in both directions.
