Question about intake and exaust upgrades for my slk320

Not much you can do to it, pulley from Evosport, Remus or Eisenmann Exhaust.... More power gain from the eisenmann than the Remus.
Not aware of any intake systems for the SLk...maybe just a K&N replacement.
You will most likely spend about $1000 for everything.
Exhaust and intake will not give you much power increase, at least not enough that you will notice.
I've never used Evo's pulley, but from everyone here in mbworld, they seem like the best bang for the buck, power gains that you will actually feel.

230 upgrades
Best bang for buck: Pulley kit, will give you 220-23- hp depending on pulley size; costs vary $600-$2,000 depending on manufacturer and goodies included (e.g., ECU upgrade).
Companies with good reputation are Kleemann (www.kellemann.dk, or evosport.com), or Carlsson, Väth, Nowack, MKB in Germany. A chip upgrade is recommended with the pulley upgrade. I have a GIAC chip and it's worth
the $600.
However, original warranty on engine, drivetrain will be voided. Thus, inquire about warranties from those tuning companies. I think only Kleemann offers one for US customers.
There're no upgrades for the SLK intake available apart from drop-in air filters. Some pulley kits come with larger piping, though.
Supersprint has a tuned exhaust header for the 230, plus a muffler = $1,200 plus installation. May be worth another 5-10hp. Mufflers can also be bought from Eisenmann, Bastuck but that's mostly for sound.
MKB, Väth offer "metal cats" to replace the OEM cats = another $1,200. I am not sure what these really get you though.

Fit a compressor and get 330 HP / 441 NM.
