According to the speedo I hit 146 in an slk230K and that was at redline in 5th, I thought the computer was suppossed to cut it at 142, but then again at that speed the speedo could be inaccurate. But I still figured the engine would cut before it hit redline in 5th, either way that's my speed. It was a rush with the top down.

Ok my SLK230 is stock so the VMax is still in there, but I got it up to 131MPH with the top down, I think the VMax on mine is set lower with the top down then with it up.
