Anyone Want To Go Drag Racing? In Nj
I RENTED ATCO RACEWAY AND
WE HAVE ABOUT 10 SPOTS OPEN
LET ME KNOW
COST ABOUT 150 PER CAR + EXTRA FOR MORE TRACK PREP
WE RACE ALL DAY 9-5
THE WEATHER WILL BE AROUND 40 DEGREES AND SUNNY
WHO IS IN?

It would make me sick to watch your Z06 run 10.5x N/A with no nitrous. Especially after I see the multiple 1.4x 60' times to boot with no parts breakage. I wish I lived closer to NJ and I would run some pitiful low 12's and watch the real muscle. Post again if you guys run in the future on a Thursday. Good luck.

Yes, 10s on motor alone is serious power and I don't know what Brent has done to it to get it there but it wasn't cheap!

i have the cartek head and cam pkg
4.10 gears and a cartek clutch

As soon as the track opens I will run the car. My g-tech says that the car should run 12.3-12.4 depending upon traction. Of course with the open differential and stock tires, I would be stupid to run the car without the traction control on. I'll post what happens in a couple weeks. As a former Z06 owner, I have read much about Brent's car as well as his Cartek comrades in NJ. Their group is awesome and they put down some serious #'s.
