NOS sniper for EFI,125 to 150 hp wet shot.I had bought a additional part to shut down nitrous if fuel pump failed.Buy a heater too,and another tank as it goes fast.bought mine used on ebay for $250

So I have a W211 E500
So I have a W211 Mercedes E500 I was wondering if I put a 125 shot of it will need to be tuned or will it preform alright and it will be a wet shot

yes need wet shot,if over a 125 shot,use one step colder plug,and use copper only.
