Wondering if anyone has put Supersprint headers into their car. Does these headers have perfect fit with the North America version cars. Mine is W203 compressor sedan. My worry is that if the header is done in metric and does not fit perfectly, it will be difficult to get pipe in metric measurement to fix the problem in here.

Supersprint does make tubular headers for Mercedes. For the W201, some owners have reported repeated cracking problems, but that may be resolved by adding bracing supports to reduce vibration stress.
