Thanks everyone.
Just finish my brake up grades. Good new steelbraided lines, Zimmerman vented rotors, ATE Pads for bedding in my rotors. Will switch to PBR went rotors turn green. And Motul 600 brake fluid. Funny thing is that it dosent feel that much better. I got alittle more respones from the brake petal. Maybe it will get better when I put my racing pads in.
Thanks speedybenz for you help. Found the Motul 600 at a honda bike shop. Now also thinking about getting a CBR 600R

With the stock setup, I could push the pedal to the floor, I faded after two 60 -0 stops, and it took significantly longer to get to 0.

MY brakes are bedding in now. And they do feel better. Quicker respones and harder petal feel. Brakes are still fading after 7 stop from 80-5. Hopefully it will get better after I put in some better pads. Im using the ATE for braking in my rotors.

How long have you have the porterfield r4s pads? Are you getting any warping? Any noise and how are they when you brakes are cold?
Would you recommend them? Have you tired any other racing pads.

Question from a brake rookie
A question, if I may. If this has been discussed, please let me know and I will delete the post.
I have brake vibration at the front, and the dealer is not very helpful - they definitely are not going to fix this under warranty. So I have decided to put new brake rotors and pads myself and in the process want to install SS brake lines.
Now, the question: when changing the brake lines, do I have to drain all the fluid from the brake system? I believe that no matter what, some old fluid will still remain trapped, so - is it ok to mix it with, say, Motul 600?
Also: how much fluid do I need for this type of job (including bleeding) in this car?
TIA.
