this site...
has anyone noticed that 17 of the "main" emoticons are unfriendly? only 3 are friendly on the main menu. i think that suggests an unfriendly environment.

another thing: THE SEARCH FUNCTION IS NOT WORKING! it has worked once out of the 30 times i have tried and it shows errors on page....

those that can, please help.

The good news is that our HR department is hiring. With your uncanny ability to zero in on the root causes of problems I suggest you apply. :P
