Whats up with the search feature??
Anybody else having issues with the search feature here. I can go to all other parts of the forum, but when I try to conduct an advanced search i get the annoying "page cannot be displayed" page.
Mods/Admins could you look into this please.
Thanks

Just tried it again. Still giving me the "cannot find server" message.
This is wierd
Thanks for moving the thread BTW. I never noticed this area before.

I cleared the cache and flushed the DNS and its still not working. I rebboted after i did both, logged out of mbworld(i have it set to "remember me"), logged back in, tried it and nothing.
I'm stumped on what to try next.

I think it has to do with the request and the time it takes the server to respond. If I chose a simple search it doesn't timeout. If it has three words, for example, I get the blank page. The settings need adjustment.

There's a problem with search
Try searching with the term "rear". It shows blank everytime on Firefox and IE. There r many other terms that'd show a blank page, too many to list.

We have installed a new search engine. Should work better for you guys than the old one.
