If he had asked in the forum for his model (W210) someone would have told him he needed a new mass air sensor.
about $175 at www.autohausaz.com
So I assume you have the same codes and this is also your solution
takes about 5 minutes to install.
even though the car seems to run fine a bad maf can ruin o2 sensors and ruin catalytic converters to say nothing of the lost mpg
so replace it.
