I am trying to fix the rear window regulator/motor of my 2002 E320. A few days back while operating the window, I heard a breaking-grinding noise. The window rolled down fine, but now would not come up. I opened the window panel with info in this forum. Now my problen is:

- How do I get the ribets off to remove the regulator-motor assembly.
- How do I find out if the motor needs replacement. I can see it winds but the steel cord is not fully winding
- Where can I buy parts from
- And also, is the driver side(in US) called the left side
