Hi,

I cannot change my profile picture/icon.
I have tried every type of pixel size and file size and for the life of me it just keeps saying failed to upload?

What am I doing wrong?

Post the picture here, that you're trying to use so that we can review. What file extension is the file and what size?

I'm getting the failed error as well. I've reduced well below the restriction limit, as well as used PNG and JPEG

This is what I see, is that not what you want? If it is try logging out. clearing your cache and history, and logging back in. Could be a browser thing, not an MBWorld thing.

These are the two images I see. The correct image is on the "My Profile" page, but the avatar is where I am having trouble updating. It appears as shown below. I logged out, but the issue occurred when trying to upload and save the avatar.

The method I had previously attempted and that failed at the upload originally has arbitrarily decided to work! I'll take it.
